An HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) with over 45,000 health care providers in your area. You will receive your care from these participating health professionals, with hospitalization paid at 100%, as well as many health and wellness programs. There is a variety of plans from which to choose, allowing you to tailor the plan that best fits your requirements and wallet.
