HumanaOne offers flexible, affordable health insurance plans for individuals and families. If you’re an early retiree, recent college graduate, entrepreneur, or for some other reason, not insured through an employer, HumanaOne® is for you. Our plans could help you lower your insurance costs – in some cases by up to 50 percent. Start by choosing from a variety of PPO and high deductible health plans, then further customize your plan with any number of “extras.” HumanaOne plans come with exceptional customer service and the peace of mind of knowing your plan is tailored to your specific needs. HumanaOne is a Humana Inc. brand of products.

Humana is one of the largest publicly traded health benefits providers in the country with a vast network of healthcare professionals. The network includes more than 350,000 medical providers, more than 3,000 hospitals, and nearly 50,000 pharmacies across the United States.

At Humana, we use a strategy of “consumerism” to help our members get the most from their health benefits. As our member, you can compare doctors and hospitals by performance ratings and price; use online tools to plan and budget your healthcare expenses, and more. With Humana’s consumerism strategy, you can reduce costs without compromising quality.

HumanaOne plans are consumer-driven health plans for individuals and families that help lower healthcare costs. Because you have a choice in your plan features, you get exactly what you need. Choose from an array of PPO and high deductible health plans; choose the amount of your deductible and your co-insurance level to determine the monthly premium that fits your budget. Then add “extras” to your plan – from supplemental accident benefits and dental benefits to prescription drug coverage and term life insurance – at an additional cost.

HumanaOne plans are backed by Humana’s large network of doctors and hospitals and offer coverage for basic and major services, plus in-network preventive care. With deductibles for single coverage ranging from $1,000 - $7,500 and family coverage from $2,000 - $15,000 for in-network care, you’re sure to find a plan that fits both your lifestyle and your budget. Separate deductibles apply for non-network care. Plan options and benefits may vary by state. Waiting periods, limitations and exclusions apply.
