Physician Visit
Reimbursement
With Advantage Preferred Package or Advantage
Physician Visit benefit, you visit the doctor of your choice
and will be reimbursed the benefit limit upon claim submission.
Benefit levels are best when calling HA Customer Service prior
to treatment; maximum number of visits for individuals is four
per year.
National Savings Network
Up
to 50% off with participating provider network of over 400,000
through HealthCare Advantage Customer Service. These are the
same networks used by large group health plans.
