Harvard Pilgrim Individual Health Plans
Non-group HMO Standard Option
Provides
an extensive network of health care providers. You choose
a primary care physician (PCP) who will manage your health
care needs. This plan provides you a wide range of services
for a co-payment, including prescription drug benefits. It
provides prevention, education and a discount programs.
Non-group HMO Low Option
Similar to the standard option but excludes prescription drug
coverage. This choice has a lower premium and slightly higher
expenses.
Best Buy HSA PPO
Combines the
advantages of an excellent PPO with a Health Savings Account
for a maximum discount. With this plan you have access to
the extensive PPO network with some of the highest benefits,
as well as the flexibility to see outside providers. HSA is
a pre-tax money account that is used to pay any extra health
care expenses and grows with tax-free interest.
First Seniority Medicare Advantage Plan †
Available in Massachusetts and New Hampshire for residents
who are eligible for Medicare Part A and continue to be enrolled
in Medicare Part B. With First Seniority, unlike your Medicare,
you have an option to add prescription drug benefits.
