CGI Company Individual Health Plans

All Provider Plan

The top-of-the-line comprehensive plan for individuals and their families. You select from a variety of deductibles, coinsurance levels, and physicians to create a plan that is right for you. There are also optional benefits for accident, family protection, and critical payments.

Temporary Medical Insurance

Medical coverage that ranges from 1 to 6 months. Four deductibles are available, with a choice to pay a premium each month or all up-front.

Medicare Supplement

Allows you to choose 7 of 12 standardized plans. These plans have competitive rates, allow you to choose your physician, electronic claims filing, and no waiting period. Your plan is also guaranteed to be renewable.

Long Term Care (LTC)

Includes Comprehensive Long-Term, Traditional LTC, Basic Care, Extended Convalescent Care, and Acute Recovery Care. All have varying benefit levels, length of coverage, degree of coverage, and also include optional benefits to choose from.
