Celtic Insurance Company Individual Health Plans

Celtic Basic Health Plan

A high deductible PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) plan. There are three options for your annual deductible to choose from and coinsurance with network providers is 80%. This plan is easy on your wallet. The PPO network makes this plan available in only 30 states.

CeltiCare Health Plan

Offers major medical coverages with several ways to vary the plan to suit your needs and budget. There are multiple deductibles to choose from, as well as coinsurance levels. CeltiCare Plus Option can be added to any of the following plans and includes preventive and wellness programs, as well as a prescription drug card. CeltiSaver HSA (Health Savings Account)

Combines a high deductible health plan with the potential cost savings of an HSA. The qualified insurance plan provides major medical coverage with a choice from three levels for annual deductible. To help you choose the right plan for you, there is a choice from either the CeltiSaver PPO plan or the CeltiSaver Managed Indemnity plan. The high deductibles in these plans result in lower premiums. The HSA allows you to contribute tax advantaged money and use it toward your deductible, rolling over unused money as tax-deferred. You can also save more by using it for later medical costs. This plan is available in 18 states.

Celtic Short-Term

Provides temporary health insurance to those who need it from 1 to 6 months. It is comprehensive major medical coverage with a choice of three deductibles. These nonrenewable plans are available in 31 states.
