Personal. This change in name coincides with major changes
to the plans due to consumer demands for more prescription
drug coverage and more choices for benefits. BCBS of WY is

plan that is right for you.
BC/BS of WY Individual Health Plans
BlueChoice Personal
Comes with
eight optional plans to choose from, all with varying prescription
drug co-pays or a prescription drug card.
- Plans A and B:
Low deductible plans, 80% coinsurance and broad coverage.
- Plans C and D: Moderate
deductible plans, 75% and 50% coinsurance respectively and
broad coverage.
- Plans E and F: High deductible
plans, 100% coinsurance and broad coverage.
- Plans G and H: Compatible
with a Health Savings Accounts. These are high deductible
plans with 80% and 100% coinsurance, respectively, and broad
coverage. You open an HSA where you deposit pre-tax money
to pay your deductible and other allowable medical costs.
It is similar to an IRA where money not used is allowed
to gain interest, tax-deferred. It can also be used for
future medical expenses.
Senior Healthcare Medicare Supplement
Comes with a choice of three plans: A, C, and F. You make
your choice according to the level of benefits you need.
