Offers eight plan options to choose from. There is a choice
of deductibles and co-payments which allow you to adjust your
budget to your individual needs. The plans include prescription
drug cards, the preferred provider network of BCBSTX, and
flexibility to include extra coverage – even child only
plans are available.
PPO Select™ Choice Series III
Presents eight plan options, so you can choose the
deductible that you can best afford. This Preferred Provider
Organization network from BCBSTX gives you extra savings with
lower co-payments for office visits.
PPO Select™ Saver Series III
Provides
seven plan options that vary the annual deductible and your
corresponding costs. BCBS of TX calls this a new “back
to the basics and cost effective” health plan which
includes their excellent Preferred Provider Organization network
of health care providers.
PPO Select Value® CareSM
Provides several options for your health care coverage with
limited benefit plans. This allows you to pinpoint and select
the plan you need and can afford. BCBSTX cost shares your
health care with no deductible. You still choose from the
Blue Choice network of health care professionals.
PPO Select BasicSM
Offers
four options within this plan according to deductible level.
New legislation in Texas allows BCBS of Texas to offer this
plan to the previously uninsured, as a basic plan with limited
benefits. Your use of the BlueChoice network of health care
providers allows you to save more.
SelectTemp
Provides temporary
health insurance coverage to those who only need it for a
short time. There are different options for the length of
coverage and amount of deductibles.
Dental Indemnity USA
Available
as an option with other individual health plans. The plan
covers diagnostic and preventive procedures. After 12 months,
it will provide the fee schedule amounts for major dentistry
work following payment of the annual deductible.
