Blue Options PPO
Include a choice
of two plans with different deductible levels, so you can
decide which will be best for you. Both offer you health
coverage savings through the BCBS network of providers and
also allow you freedom to choose out-of-network health professionals.
One option offers small monthly co-payments with a higher
annual premium, while the second features higher co-payments
with lower annual premiums. There are optional plans for
children-only and maternity benefits as well.
Medicare Supplemental Plans†
Come
in eleven versions. They are offered to those with Medicare
Part B and help pay for the extra expenses not always met
by Medicare.
BlueAdvantage® Short Term Health Insurance
Refers to coverage plans with a range of deductibles and
finite coverage periods. It is intended for those who only
need insurance for a short period of time.
Dental Blue
Enables
check-ups and diagnostic and preventive dental procedures
with no deductible. Routine and major services have a $75
annual deductible, and you can see any licensed dentist
you choose in the state.
