BCBS of MN Individual Health Plans

Aware Care Traditional Health Plan

Provides you freedom to choose any health provider in the BCBS network and includes ten deductible levels from which to choose when you sign up. Rates vary mainly according to your age and you choice of deductible.

Options Blue Plan

Works with a Health Savings Account (HSA), a consumer driven method of saving on health insurance costs. Here, you open a tax-free HSA and deposit money into it which is then used for your plan’s deductible amount. You plan is a high deductible one, but your annual premium is low. You can end up saving in two ways, and there is even a tax advantaged chance to save for future medical costs with the HSA.

Insta-Care Short Term Insurance

Offers health coverage to those who may only need it for a short period of time. You still participate with the BCBS of MN network of providers, but buy this insurance in increments of 30, 60, 90 days. There are several levels of deductibles and maximums from which to choose.

Medicare Plans

Satisfy the extras not paid by Medicare at several levels of coverage for seniors: Senior Gold, Basic Medicare Blue, Extended Basic Blue, VantageBlue, SecureBlue, and can include a Medicare approved prescription drug card.
