BC/BS of MI Individual Health Plans
Individual Care Blue (PPO)
Offers the BCBSM extensive PPO network of health care providers for added cost savings, with no deductible for hospital, medical, or surgical services, a prescription drug plan, and no coverage on office visits.
Blue Cross Traditional
Allows you complete freedom to see any doctor you want. There are several levels of coverage within this plan and it also offers several optional plans.
Blue Preferred (PPO)
Delivers an encouragement to its policyholders to use the BCBSM network because, in doing so, they pay very little out-of-pocket costs.
Medicare Supplement Plan A†
Offers inpatient coverage up to 365 days, while not paying Medicare deductibles or co-insurance for skilled nursing facilities.
Medicare Supplement Plan C
Pays all deductibles and all co-insurances.
Medicare PLUS Blue™
A Private Fee-For-Service plan which combines Medicare Part A and B with a supplemental benefit package.
