Accounts. Here, you open an HSA and deposit tax-advantaged

lower annual costs because of the high deductible. This allows
you to save in two ways.
SelectBlue™ Plan
Includes
a selection of levels for the choice in your deductible. You
have a wide range of health care providers to choose also
from the BCBSIL network. You can have $20 co-payments, as
well as wellness benefits.
BlueChoice™ Select
Offers a wide range of deductibles from which to choose, $30
office visit co-payments, $10 prescription co-payments, well-child
care, well-adult care, and use of the BlueChoice network.
SelectBlue Advantage™
Provides major medical coverage through the BCBSIL network
of health care professionals and $30 office visit co-payments,
$10 generic prescriptions, higher out-of-pocket maximums.
BlueValue™ Plan
Offers
more flexibility with reliable benefits, freedom of choice
and membership in Members First™ Discount Program.
BlueChoice™ Value
Provides
