Lumenos® High-deductible HSA Plan
A high deductible PPO/Preferred Provider Organization plan that combines with a tax-free Health Savings Account which is used for covered medical expenses. These plans come with lower annual premiums.
Blue Access® Plans
Have several choices for coverage, depending on the deductible, prescription plan, and options you decide are best for your situation. This is a PPO/Preferred Provider Organization method of managed health care that also allows you freedom to choose out-of-network providers.
Blue Short-TermSM Plans
Satisfy the needs of individuals who want health insurance for only a short period of time, often only 30 days.
Blue Traditional®
Offer comprehensive major medical insurance without the limitations of networks so you have total freedom to go to any health provider you want. Insurance in this type of plan come in three levels, with choices of deductibles and other coverage.
Medicare Advantage Plans
These plans are HMOs that are approved by Medicare for service in selected areas of Ohio. In this plan, you pick a primary care physician from the Anthem network of physicians and this physician will oversee your complete health care. This plan utilizes the coverage of Medicare, plus many more services.
Medicare Supplement (Medigap) Plans†
Satisfy many of the costs that are not paid by Medicare. There are multiple plans available (from the 12 standardized supplemental plans).
