BlueDirect® PPO Plan
A PPO or
Preferred Provider Organization with all the benefits of the
95% of health care providers and short-term general hospitals

but you also have the freedom to go out-of-network. There
is a choice of several levels of plans within BlueDirect that
will meet the needs of every individual.
Lumenos® HSA / PPO Plan
Combines
a Preferred Provider Organization with the tax saving of a
Health Savings Account. Here, you have a vast network of health
care providers from which to choose or you can go to out-of-network
providers at a greater out-of-pocket cost. An HSA allows you
to contribute money to the tax free account and use the money
toward your insurance deductible, with any leftover money
for future health costs.
Temporary Health Coverage
Provides
insurance to individuals who may be between jobs, recently
graduated, or many other life situations where health insurance
is needed for only a short time. You have access to a network
of providers for several benefit time periods.
Medicare Supplement Plans
Offered in separate Medicomp plans, which cover the needs
of each individual who is 65 and over. Anthem BCBS also adds
special offers and program discounts to these plans.
