Blue Access Saver (HSA)
Combines a high deductible health plan with the new Health Savings Accounts, the tax-deductible means of paying for your deductibles. You will have the convenience of a PPO/Preferred Provider Organization and its large network of health care providers for your additional savings. Of course, with a PPO, you also have the freedom to seek help with out-of-network providers at a greater cost. Anthem BCBS also provides the extra services of their preventive and wellness programs.
Blue Access Economy
Insures you with a PPO network of health care providers that you can choose in order to save money, or you can go out-of-network at a higher cost out of your pocket. When you sign up, you have a range of deductibles and coinsurance choices from which to choose that will determine your premium level.
Blue Access
Offered with a range of three levels of coverage which can be tailored to your specific requirements. There are choices in deductibles, coinsurance costs, and prescription plans, all contributing to the cost of the annual premium. There is an extensive network of health care providers in these PPO plans that are all back by the trusted name of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
Blue Short-Term
Provides health coverage for individuals who find themselves without insurance for a brief time, usually from one to six months. Anthem BCBS of KY offers a broad range of coverage, with choices of deductible amounts and length of time for covered services.
Anthem Senior Advantage
An HMO system approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in areas of Kentucky. Every policyholder picks a primary care physician from Anthem’s large network of physicians who will oversee your total health requirements. Members also enjoy special features with this type of plan, such as preventive care and prescription discounts.
Medicare Supplement (Medigap)
