Lumenos® PPO and HSA

Combines the Anthem BCBS of Indiana PPO system of health care providers with a Health Savings Account, a tax deductible account that can be used for health costs. This plan has the necessary high deductible, preventive care benefits, and 24 hour a day health coverage.

Blue Access® Economy (PPO)

Provides the best of Anthem Blue Cross of Indiana with low rates. This allows policyholders access to one of the largest PPO networks in the state, with a choice of several levels of deductibles.

Blue Access® (PPO)

Offers the Anthem BCBS network of health care providers, three levels of choices for coverage, an assortment of deductibles, prescription plans, and more. The lowest costs are rewarded when obtaining care from network providers.

Blue Short TermSM

Provides major medical coverage for one to six months when waiting for more permanent health insurance.

Blue Traditional®

Renders comprehensive major medical coverage without networks, delivering freedom of choice for all health concerns. There are several levels of coverage from which to choose, along with a range of deductibles and prescription plans.

Medicare Supplement (Medigap)

Comprises a choice from ten different plans which are intended to cover those services not paid by Medicare.
