- Aetna HealthFund Health Savings Account
(HSA): a blend of a high deductible health plan
(HDHP) with a tax-advantaged savings account to help you
pay for qualified health expenses. While earning interest
tax-free, a HDHP typically provides full coverage for most
preventive care. A cap (out-of-pocket maximum) limits total
annual amount you pay for covered expenses.
- Dental Maintenance Organization Plan:
offers coverage for preventive care (cleanings, full-mouth
x-rays, etc.), basic care (fillings and basic restorative
work), and major services (bridges, crowns, dentures, etc.).
Aetna's Health Coverage Tax Credit Program
rewards customers if they stay within their system of doctors
and providers. It has a fairly low deductible for individuals
and a fairly high premium. The rates vary according to the
area of residence in the state.
